Shipping and Returns
What's our return policy?
If for any reason you don’t love your new items, you can return it within the first 30-days, no questions asked. Provided you return the furniture in as-new condition and in the original packaging, we will refund your purchase, less a return shipping fee equal to 10% of what you paid for the product (capped at $200).
What delivery options are provided?
At this time, we offer curbside delivery as white glove options are currently a work in progress!
What if my item came damaged?
No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please either 1) note the damage on the delivery receipt or 2) refuse the damaged item from the delivery team and contact us.
If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to customerservice@hausformula.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and fix the issue.
Please note that if we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you decide to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, then the order will be treated as a returned order (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping -- 10% of cost of the damaged item capped at $200).
